ArcDroid Wholesale Portal
End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement
By accessing or using the ArcDroid Wholesale Portal, you agree to this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.
2. Permitted Use
The portal is provided for authorized ArcDroid wholesale operations, including customer management, order management, invoices, Shopify exports, and QuickBooks Online invoice exports. You may use it only for lawful business purposes and only if you are authorized by ArcDroid or its approved administrators.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify an administrator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Restrictions
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, disrupt, or misuse the portal. You may not attempt to access data, systems, or integrations that you are not authorized to use.
5. Third-Party Services
The portal may connect to third-party services such as Shopify, Supabase, Vercel, and QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Data Accuracy
The portal helps prepare operational records, orders, and invoices. You are responsible for reviewing exported orders and accounting records for accuracy before relying on them.
7. Availability
The portal is provided on an as-available basis. ArcDroid does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time if use is unauthorized, unsafe, or inconsistent with this agreement.
